During the daily use of the ultrasonic test sieve, it is inevitable to encounter some possible failures. The following are the causes and treatment methods of three common failures;

    Fault 1: The vibration amplitude of the ultrasonic test screen power supply is small, and the amplitude of the mesh surface is weak.
Solution: first check the insulation value of the cable and plug; secondly check the transducer, if the transducer is not locked, please use a large wrench to tighten the transducer; then check whether the screen is tight, whether there is glue, Tighten the screen; check again for dirt between the transducer and the base of the grid.

    Fault two: After turning on the power switch, the power of the ultrasonic test sieve has no display, and the ultrasonic does not work.
Solution: First check the 220V power supply, check the power cord if there is a short circuit, replace or repair. Next, check the power supply fuse. If it is blown, replace it, and then check the power switch. If there is a problem, replace it.

    Fault three: The power of the ultrasonic test sieve emits continuous "drop" or intermittent "drop" sound, or there is no vibration on the mesh surface.
Solution: First check the connection between the ultrasonic test sieve and the transducer. If there is a short circuit, please replace it. Secondly, check whether the plug of the connection cable is wet with water or the conductive substance is broken. Insulation value of the plug, and then check whether the transducer is locked, if all are checked, the fault cannot be eliminated and returned to the factory for repair.
