Flexible Screw Conveyor for Large Use--Heavy Conveyor
We offer a range of heavy duty conveyors with ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) tubing for abrasive or high bulk density materials. For the most abrasive materials such as metals, aggregates and glass cullet, we offer our flexible screw conveyors with wear resistant rubber conveyor tubes in addition to heavy duty screw conveyors. Testing and operating experience confirm that in aggressive applications our delivery tubing lasts significantly longer than standard UHMWPE plastic tubing.
For heavy-duty applications, our range of conveyors has a throughput of up to 44 t/h. (40 tons/hour).
continuous remixing
The unique action of the
flexible screw conveyor eliminates the risk of product separation that can occur in traditional pneumatic conveying systems where the mixed material has components of different densities and/or particle sizes. In fact, the "Dayong Mach" system ensures constant remixing; multiple times per second to restore each part of the mixture to the desired ratio. This is critical when feeding pre-mixed ingredients into packaging machines and tablet presses.

Since the only moving part of the large conveyor is its strong internal screw, trouble-free operation is ensured.

material testing
Our in-plant testing facility can quickly evaluate the flow characteristics of any type of material based on customer-supplied samples. To support this service, over the years we have built a large database of hundreds of material flow characteristics, providing ready information for solutions to many conveying problems. Just a small sample can help us take the guesswork out of predicting conveyor performance.
In the case of poorly flowing products, such as light, high-fat or sticky powders, these problems can be overcome by adding agitators or other flow aids at the conveyor inlet. Where hygroscopic products such as sugar may be affected by moisture ingress, a fan or quick valve at the outlet ensures that exposure to the atmosphere is kept to a minimum.
Easy installation with minimal disruption
The flexibility of the "Dayue Flexible Spiral" conveyor system is limitless. They can be configured to convey in any direction and at any height, both horizontally and vertically. They can be installed above, below and around existing plants and equipment. They can easily navigate around obstacles and pass through small openings in walls to maximize valuable factory space.
Multiple conveyors connecting outlets and inlets allow for longer distances. There can be multiple entries or multiple exits on a single conveyor to create a distribution system, such as transferring raw materials from a warehouse to a processing or packaging machine line.
