What Inspection Work Should Be Done Before Vibrating Operation
In order to ensure the normal work of the vibrating screen, necessary inspections must be done before operation. Based on the experience of our company's technicians for many years, the following five aspects have been summarized.
1. Whether the machine is on a horizontal ground.
2. Whether the base is properly fixed.
3. Whether the fine mesh is fitted horizontally.
4. Whether the screws of the sieve frame are tightened.
5. Whether the connecting supports between the sieve frame and the base is taken out.
How to Extend The Service Life of Vibrating Screen
1.The operating user should have a detailed understanding of the basic structure and working principle of the vibrating screen, and conduct frequent inspections and regular inspections to accumulate experience and collect operating data and record them.
2.Do not turn on the vibration motor before removing the transportation fixing plate. If the fixing plate is not removed before starting, it may cause damage to the equipment, vibration motor, and personal injury.
3. Before each start, check whether the screen is compressed and flattened, and whether the tie ring screws are locked;
4. Before each start, make necessary inspections, focusing on checking whether the lubrication points are well lubricated, whether the connecting parts are loose and whether there is jamming between the moving parts, etc., and pay attention to ensure that all moving parts are in contact with each other. The necessary clearance between the fixed parts. And after working for 8 hours, re-tighten all the fasteners of the equipment.
5. Every time the vibrating screen is started, it should be carried out under no-load condition. After the operation is stable, feed gradually; stop feeding before shutting down, and then stop the machine after the material in the screen box is drained.
6. The vibrating screen has abnormal conditions during operation and needs to be inspected or routinely maintained. It must be shut down for implementation. Dynamic inspection or maintenance is strictly prohibited.
7. After the equipment is put into use normally, necessary routine maintenance and regular maintenance are required.
Precautions for Bucket Elevator Model Selection
The bucket elevator is used to vertically lift the block and granular materials such as limestone, coal, gypsum, clinker, dry clay and other powdery materials such as raw meal, cement, and coal powder that have passed through crusher.
The selection of bucket elevator depends on the following factors:
1.The form of the material: whether the material is powdery, granular or small.
2.Specific gravity of materials: Generally, bucket elevator parameters are designed and calculated for materials with a bulk specific gravity below 1.6. Too much material specific gravity requires calculation of traction and tensile strength of the transmission part.
Conveying volume per unit time: The final conveying volume of the bucket elevator is a comprehensive parameter that depends on the hopper form, bucket speed, material specific gravity, material properties, and the number of hoppers.
What Are The Reasons for The Wear of The Pipes of The Vacuum Feeder
1. Collision between pipe wall and material
Some raw materials will collide with each other during the entire pneumatic conveying process. Some raw materials will be harder and have a higher bulk density, which will also wear the pipeline and affect the pipeline.
2. Conveying speed
The raw material has corresponding abrasion to the pipeline in terms of conveying speed. The vacuum feeder has a faster speed, and the powder material has a strong wear on the vacuum feeder pipeline.
3. Particle shape
The hazard of particle shape to wear is mainly due to the principle of its hazard to wear. When the particles collide with the inner wall of the pipe, the total contact area between the particles and the inner wall of the pipe determines the compressive strength between them. The wear of sharp particles on the surface of plastic materials is mainly drilling wear, and the wear caused by spherical particles is mainly plastic deformation wear.
How Should The Bucket Elevator Be Properly Maintained
1. The bucket elevator should be driven with no load. Drain all materials in the hopper before stopping each time, and then stop.
2. it cannot be reversed. Derailment of the chain may occur when it is reversed, and it is very troublesome to troubleshoot the derailment.
3. Feed evenly. It is forbidden to increase the feeding amount suddenly. The feeding amount cannot exceed the conveying capacity of the elevator. Otherwise, it is easy to cause a "stuffy car" accident when the material at the bottom accumulates seriously.
4. Replenish lubricating oil in a timely and appropriate amount.
5. When the chain and hopper are severely worn or damaged, they should be replaced in time.
