3. The height of the discharge port higher than the screen surface:
When designing a linear screen, if the discharge port is higher than the screen surface, the problem of material stagnation on the screen surface will occur during the production process.
4. The screen surface of the screen is not tensioned or damaged
The tension of the screen and the flatness of the screen surface directly determine whether the force of the material is uniform and the speed of feeding and feeding. 1. The non-feeding of the linear vibrating screen often occurs in the design, production and power connection problems. When the user connects to the vibrating motor, there will be a wiring prompt on the motor. When connecting, the user should carefully read the instruction manual of the linear vibrating screen and the motor manual. After the power is successfully connected, run it and observe the motor rotation. If the rotation direction is the same, please stop and adjust immediately Motor connection line. After the motor line is connected normally, if the material is still stagnant, you should check the motor installation position and the height of the discharge port. 2. Regularly check the tension and flatness of the screen. When replacing the screen, it must be replaced in strict accordance with the requirements of the linear screen manufacturer.
