Latex paint is a water-dispersible paint. In order to improve the quality of products, many companies use vibrating screens to filter and remove impurities, so which screening equipment should be used for this material to have a good effect? ​​We recommend special vibrating screening equipment for latex paint-high Frequency vibrating screen.

The reason why the high frequency vibrating screen is named "high frequency" is that the motor it is equipped with is a secondary motor, and the motor speed has been increased from 1500rpm to 3000rpm of the ordinary vibrating screen. The increase in the exciting force brought by the high speed , It can quickly destroy the surface tension of the thick slurry, and increase the probability that the material smaller than the separated particle size will contact the sieve of the slurry vibrating screen, thus realizing the efficient screening of the viscous latex paint.

The structure of the high-frequency vibrating screen frame adopts a single-mesh double-hoop structure, and the frame is covered with a sub-network large U, which reduces the friction between the network frame and the screen frame.
