Tumbler screen is also called tumbler sand sifter, tumbler screening machine, its main part is the screening cylinder, there are a number of round-shaped sand king composition, through the variable speed deceleration system to make the screening cylinder rotating at a certain speed, the material from top to bottom through the screening cylinder to get separated, the fine material from the lower part of the front end of the screening cylinder discharged, the coarse material from the lower end of the screen cylinder tail discharged, in order to complete the grading and screening of the material.

When the material enters the drum device, due to the tilt and rotation of the drum device, the material on the screen surface is turned and rolled, so that the qualified material (screened product) is discharged through the discharge port at the bottom of the back end of the drum, and the unqualified material (screened product) is discharged through the discharge port at the end of the drum. Due to the turning and rolling of the materials in the drum, the materials stuck in the sieve holes can be ejected to prevent the sieve holes from being clogged.
