It is possible we make as client’s request, considering sieving efficiency, it is not a good design.
As our experience, we supply sieve machine for Japanese 宇治matcha, mostly 1-2 layers, 250, 180 micron, ultrasonic vibration sieve diameter 800, we advice the client diameter 800 or 1000mm vibro separator, each floor with ultrasonic, if budge limit, two floors use one set of ultrasonic in common, finally, the client decide to test one machine, diameter 800mm with 2 floors, extra two pieces sieve frame.
