2.Different yields: The rotary vibration sieve is used to screen materials with smaller mesh sizes, with an hourly yield of 50kg.The ultrasonic vibration sieve prevents the material from clumping and sticking, prevents blockage, and has a processing capacity of up to 140kg per hour.
3.Screen cleaning function: The ultrasonic vibro sifter uses high-frequency ultrasonic pulses to clean the screen, with high screening efficiency, no clogging, and high screening accuracy. The round vibro sifter does not have an automatic cleaning function.
4.The rotary vibrating screen is suitable for screening materials with small mesh size, such as soybean milk slag removal, flour impurity removal, etc., but it is not ideal for screening viscous, electrostatic or ultra-fine powder, which is easy to cause problems such as mesh blocking and no blanking.
