Solution: We work with our clients to customize a solution for them. First, we provided them with a
rotary vibrating screen made of stainless steel, which has a screen suitable for soda powder, which can efficiently screen the product and remove impurities. Secondly, we are equipped with a LSY-133 screw conveyor to transport the screened soda powder to the packaging process.
Results: By using our solution, this customer successfully achieved efficient screening and conveying of soda powder. The efficient screening capability of the rotary vibrating screen ensures product quality, removes impurities, and improves product consistency. The application of screw conveyors reduces manual intervention, improves production efficiency, and reduces material waste.
